At Face Forward, appointment times fill up, and we are grateful for our patients. As a courtesy to all customers at Face Forward Medical Aesthetics, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to show, and any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, are subject to a cancellation fee. The minimum fee is $150, up to the full cost of the scheduled service. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
